clip.qa provides tools to record screen videos, generate AI-powered bug reports, and export them to third-party services. The Service is provided as-is for personal and professional use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use clip.qa in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Sell, rent, lease, or lend the Service
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices

## 4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- All content you capture, generate, and export using the Service
- Ensuring you have rights to record, analyze, and export videos
- Complying with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not using the Service to violate third-party rights
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Record or share private information (names, addresses, passwords, PII) without consent
- Violate anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in any unlawful activity

## 6. Intellectual Property

clip.qa and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Service, including all features, functionality, and content, remain the exclusive property of clip.qa.

Your recordings and generated reports are your property. By using the Service, you retain all rights to content you create.

## 7. Third-Party Integrations

clip.qa can export reports to third-party services (Jira, Linear, Slack, etc.). When you export data:

- The export is your explicit action, initiated by you
- Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, and data handling practices
- clip.qa is not responsible for how third-party services handle your data
- You are responsible for reviewing those services' terms before integration

## 8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. clip.qa MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated reports
- Uninterrupted access or error-free operation
- Results or outcomes from using the Service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights

## 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, clip.qa IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Data loss, corruption, or deletion
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

## 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clip.qa and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the Service

- Your recordings, reports, or exported content
